What do we teach them?
Turbó Tanoda was founded in 2015. This school is not an alternative one, it is one of a kind. We teach children according to the Hungarian National Core Curriculum (NAT).
It is our commitment to help children living with ADHD, ADD, autism, behavioural difficulties, learning difficulties and partial-ability disorders.
Thanks to our excellent professionals and our methodology, children attending Turbó Suli become fully able to keep up at least through the lower grades, and even up to year 6, and can be integrated into any type of school and children's community.
These children's path does not lead into nowhere, but back into normal life.
Our methodology
Methodology
- Teaching according to the National Core Curriculum with individually organised learning.
- Developing emotional intelligence and IQ together, in cooperation with the Buda Private Music School.
- Competence development with unique pedagogical methods.
- An interdisciplinary approach, connecting school subjects.
Our curriculum also includes:
- Art therapy
- Drama pedagogy
- Comic play
- Movement development
- Environmental studies
With the help of individual discovery and experimentation.
Competences
- During our programmes our young pupils develop their cognitive, emotional, social, language and movement abilities as well.
- In our micro-group classes far more attention can be devoted to the individual.
- We know that no two children are the same, therefore we tailor both the teaching and our approach to each child.
- In our school speech therapists, psychologists and therapists work with your child on a daily basis.
- Competence development with the latest pedagogical methods.
